Obituary of E. Wilson Bath

Passed away on July 11, 2017, Eric Wilson Bath age 78 of Twillingate, NL. He was predeceased by his parents Dorman and Janet (Froude) Bath; brothers: Gordon & Jack; sister Nina Dwyer. Wilson leaves to mourn with everlasting and loving memories; his wife Marie for over 54 years; son Danny (Wanda); daughters: Cathy (Dwight) & Jennifer (Jamey); grandchildren: Shelby (Joshua), Jeremy, Jacob & Jackson as well as a circle of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Wilson met and fell head over hills in love with Marie Pride of Wild Cove and together raised their family. He was a very loving, caring and compassionate husband, dad & grandfather, who loved his family, friends and all animals. He will be greatly missed by all who ever had the privilege of knowing him. Wilson’s love of the sea was another part of his life. Spending most of his life fishing to make a life for his family. Early mornings and late lights were not strange to him. It was only last week he said that he was going to put his boat (Seaduck) back into the water for the food fishery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday 2-4pm and 7-9pm from the Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate. Funeral service to take place on Thursday July 13th at 2pm from Salvation Army Citadel, Twillingate.
